Our path in aviation

Since 2016, we have established ourselves in the aerospace market as a supplier to the aerospace industry. In order to create a solid basis, we laid the foundation that year with our first certification as an aerospace supplier in accordance with DIN EN 9120.

Within this framework, we have optimized our processes in order to meet the high demands of our aerospace customers. We have made almost all requirements our standard processes and apply them in both the aerospace and commercial sectors.

BIKAR AEROSPACE is the main supplier for Sonaca

As part of a long-term partnership, BIKAR AEROSPACE becomes the new main supplier of Sonaca Belgium, a leading company in the production of aluminum aircraft components.
A long-term contract has been signed for the supply of aerospace aluminum in the form of aluminum plates and sheets to Sonaca, including additional services. The agreed order volume is the largest for us in 62 years of company history. Our aviation experts will provide comprehensive procurement, warehousing, processing and commissioning services for the just-in-time required semi-finished aluminum products for the Sonaca site in Gosselies, Belgium. BIKAR AEROSPACE was chosen because of its future-oriented approach and new technologies.

Large investments in stocking the most important specifications enable us to supply aerospace customers with the material they need at any time. In doing so, we offer plate, sheet and bar in alloys such as 2024, 2124, 2618A, 6061, 7010, 7040, 7050, 7075, 7175, 7475 in both metric and inch sizes.
